  1. Service Cancellation Requests

Customers may request cancellation of their services at any time by contacting Extranet through our official customer support channels.

To process a cancellation request, customers may be required to provide:

  • Registered customer name
  • Registered mobile number
  • Service address
  • Account number (if applicable)
  • Reason for cancellation

Extranet may verify the identity of the account holder before processing any request.

  1. Notice Period

Cancellation requests should be submitted before the start of the next billing cycle to avoid renewal charges.

If a cancellation request is received after a billing cycle has begun, charges for the current billing period may remain payable.

  1. Service Deactivation

Upon approval of the cancellation request:

  • Service access may be suspended immediately or at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Customer login credentials and account access may be restricted.
  • Any associated value-added services may also be terminated.

The exact deactivation date will be communicated to the customer.

  1. Equipment Return

If Extranet has provided equipment on a rental, loan, or returnable basis, customers must return such equipment within the timeframe specified by Extranet.

Examples include:

  • Routers
  • ONTs (Optical Network Terminals)
  • Modems
  • Power adapters
  • Other networking equipment supplied by Extranet

Failure to return equipment may result in additional charges.

  1. Outstanding Payments

Cancellation of service does not eliminate any outstanding obligations.

Customers remain responsible for:

  • Unpaid subscription charges
  • Taxes and statutory fees
  • Equipment replacement charges (if applicable)
  • Other outstanding service-related fees

All dues must be settled before account closure is completed.

  1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds related to cancellations are governed by the Extranet Refund Policy.

Cancellation does not automatically entitle a customer to a refund.

Any eligible refund will be processed only after:

  • Verification of account status
  • Settlement of outstanding dues
  • Return of applicable equipment
  • Completion of internal review procedures
  1. Early Termination of Promotional or Contract Plans

Certain promotional, discounted, or fixed-term plans may include minimum commitment periods.

If a customer cancels such a plan before the commitment period ends, Extranet may apply:

  • Early termination fees
  • Recovery of promotional discounts
  • Additional charges as specified in the service agreement

Customers are advised to review their plan details before requesting cancellation.

  1. Cancellation by Extranet

Extranet reserves the right to suspend or terminate services under circumstances including:

  • Non-payment of dues
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Violation of Terms of Service
  • Violation of the Acceptable Use Policy
  • Legal or regulatory requirements
  • Network abuse or security threats

Where practical, notice will be provided before termination.

Following successful cancellation:

  • Service access will be terminated.
  • Customer records may be retained as required by law, regulation, accounting requirements, or internal business needs.
  • Historical invoices and account information may remain archived.
