- Installation and Activation
Installation timelines may vary based on location, infrastructure availability, permissions, and technical requirements.
Customers must:
- Provide access to the installation location.
- Ensure the premises are suitable for equipment installation.
- Cooperate with technicians during setup and maintenance.
Service activation is completed only after successful installation and verification.
- Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Use the service lawfully.
- Maintain the security of their account and network devices.
- Keep contact information updated.
- Report service issues promptly.
- Protect supplied equipment from misuse, damage, or theft.
Customers are responsible for all activity occurring through their connection.
- Billing and Payments
Customers agree to pay all applicable charges including:
- Monthly subscription fees
- Installation charges
- Taxes and government levies
- Equipment charges (if applicable)
- Additional service fees
Invoices must be paid on or before the due date.
Failure to make timely payments may result in:
- Late payment penalties
- Temporary suspension
- Permanent disconnection
- Fair Usage and Acceptable Conduct
Customers must not:
- Use the service for illegal activities.
- Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful software.
- Attempt unauthorized access to networks or systems.
- Conduct activities that negatively impact network performance.
- Use the service for spam, phishing, fraud, or cybercrime.
Extranet reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for violations of these rules.
- Network Management
To maintain network quality and reliability, Extranet may:
- Perform maintenance activities.
- Apply traffic management practices.
- Upgrade infrastructure.
- Temporarily restrict services during emergencies or technical incidents.
Reasonable efforts will be made to provide advance notice whenever possible.
- Equipment
Equipment supplied by Extranet remains the property of the Company unless explicitly sold to the customer.
Customers must:
- Keep equipment in good condition.
- Not tamper with supplied devices.
- Return rented equipment upon service termination if required.
Charges may apply for lost, damaged, or unreturned equipment.
- Suspension and Termination
Extranet may suspend or terminate services if:
- Payment obligations are not fulfilled.
- These Terms are violated.
- Fraudulent or unlawful activities are detected.
- Required by law, regulation, or government authority.
Service may be restored once the issue is resolved and applicable charges are paid.
- Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Extranet shall not be liable for:
- Indirect damages
- Loss of profits
- Business interruption
- Data loss
- Consequential damages
- Third-party service failures
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the affected service during the preceding three months.
- Intellectual Property
All website content, trademarks, logos, branding materials, software, and documentation remain the property of Extranet Infotech or its licensors.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or modified without prior written permission.
- Privacy
Customer information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
