- Installation Charges
Installation charges cover:

Installation charges are generally non-refundable once installation work has commenced.
If Extranet is unable to provide service due to technical limitations identified before installation begins, any advance installation payment may be refunded after review.
- Monthly Subscription Charges
Monthly broadband subscription charges are payable in advance.
Once a billing cycle has started and service has been activated, subscription fees for that billing cycle are generally non-refundable.
Customers are encouraged to review plan details carefully before purchasing or renewing a service plan.
- Service Activation Failure
If Extranet is unable to activate service due to reasons solely attributable to Extranet, customers may be eligible for:
- A full refund of activation-related charges; or
- An alternative service arrangement, where available.
Refund eligibility will be determined after technical verification.
- Duplicate Payments
If a customer is charged more than once for the same transaction due to a payment processing error, Extranet will verify the transaction and process a refund for the duplicate amount.
Customers should report duplicate payments promptly with transaction details.
- Service Unavailability
Temporary service interruptions caused by:
- Scheduled maintenance
- Network upgrades
- Power outages
- Natural disasters
- Third-party infrastructure failures
- Government restrictions
do not automatically qualify for refunds.
Where appropriate, Extranet may provide service credits or other remedies at its discretion.
- Non-Refundable Charges
The following are generally non-refundable:
- Consumed subscription periods
- Installation charges after work has commenced
- Activation charges after successful activation
- Taxes and statutory charges already remitted
- Third-party service fees
- Administrative or processing fees, where applicable
- Cancellation and Refund Eligibility
Customers who cancel service may be eligible for refunds only where:
- Required by applicable law;
- Specifically stated in their service agreement; or
- Approved by Extranet after review of the circumstances.
Refund requests are evaluated individually and subject to verification.
- Refund Request Process
To request a refund, customers must provide:
- Registered customer name
- Account number (if available)
- Registered mobile number
- Payment receipt or transaction reference
- Reason for refund request
Requests may be submitted through our customer support channels.
- Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are generally processed within:
- 7 business days for internal review
- An additional 5–10 business days depending on banking and payment gateway processing timelines
Actual credit timelines may vary depending on the customer's bank or payment provider.

Extranet reserves the right to:
- Verify customer information
- Investigate refund claims
- Request supporting documentation
- Approve or reject refund requests based on applicable policies and service records
